Rasmataz is a Hanovarian mare by the stallion Buntspecht who was a powerful jumper having competed in Puissance and Grand Prix.  His pedigree was known as the "Golden Cross" in Belgium.  It combines the Hanovarian Ferdinand  line with the Belgium warmblood foundation lines of Lauzelle and Van La Roche.  She is currently in foal for 2009 to the stallion Donatelli who is by the infamous stallion Donnorhall.  A stallion who combined a sports career at the Grand Prix level in dressage with a phenomenal breeding performance, Donnerhall produced more than 40 approved sons.  Donatelli's Damsire is the stallion Pik Bube.
